Order Processing & Handling Times

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method:

Delivery delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping for E-Gift Cards

E-Gift Cards are delivered electronically via email and do not require physical shipping. As such, no shipping fees apply to e-gift card purchases.

Once your order is completed, you will receive the e-gift card directly in the recipient's inbox, usually within a few minutes.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the UK only.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 6 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us via our Contact Us page for assistance.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged package and items.

Returns Policy

If you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with an item purchased online at Scented Wick Works, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of receipt of item(s) to obtain a refund by following the steps outlined below.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition in order to be accepted as a return. Merchandise must be unused and in a new condition. Returned items must be accompanied by a printout of your email invoice and all packaging. No refund will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or used.

Please note that, unless they are faulty, certain products cannot be returned:

  • Scented Candles
  • Gift Cards

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item. Refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

We will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any fraudulent activities, including without limitation, any attempt to reverse or seek a refund of a valid charge for an order that has been properly fulfilled and delivered to you and is not subject to a right of return.

This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information on your statutory rights, contact your local Trading Standards Office, Citizens Advice Bureau or the equivalent in your jurisdiction.
